When building a new data center, the owner of the data center has no guarantee that the various physical infrastructure subsystems – power, cooling, fire suppression, security, and management – will work together. Commissioning is the process that reviews and tests the data center’s physical infrastructure design as a holistic system in order to assure the highest level of reliability.

Traditional commissioning is a daunting task. Since formal system operation doesn’t begin until the system is commissioned, the commissioning team experiences intense pressure to complete the commissioning process quickly.

Commissioning can involve high expense and requires staffs from different departmental disciplines to work together. For these reasons data center commissioning has almost uniquely been associated with large data centers (over 20,000 ft2 or 1,858 m2). In the recent past, many data center managers chose to roll the dice and perform little or no commissioning, relying only on start-up data to press ahead with launching the new data center. Given the reality of 24×7 operations, however, the alternative of exposure to major system failures and accompanying downtime is no longer an economically viable option. Commissioning has now become a business necessity. JUNXY series AC & DC rack mounted load banks heat simulator can be used to introduce heat loads and to allow for simultaneous testing of both electrical and cooling systems.

It is the ideal way to use Load bank testing for the data center heat simulation, load bank heat simulation allows you to confirm the performance of the cooling and power distribution infrastructures. JUNXY load bank heat simulation test also validates room design and equipment placement. JUNXY data center load bank heat simulation testing should test the entire system as integrated, not simply individual components: it include the UPS load bank test, generator load bank test, PDU(power distribution unit) load bank test, server heat simulation load bank test, HVAC system load bank test for data center heat simulation test

The JUNXY AC230V 6.6KW dual feeds/power rack load bank is a safe and simple way to provide rack level load bank testing.

The load bank is only by small 4U footprint and can test up to a maximum of 6.6KW of load, controlled via six 1.1KW individually controlled load segments by the mini circuit breaker.

The load bank is auto transfer in between the 2 feeds/power, with lights indicator power on for each feed/power. Each feed with 3 independent load channel by three C20 input sockets.

The load bank is light weight and portable with 2 front handles & 1 rear handle. Connection to the load bank is made effortlessly via six C20 input sockets, mounted conveniently on the front of the unit. Cool air intake at front, hot air exhaust at rear. Over heat protection with load removed automatically.
